Miller home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Miller fell by $47,900 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,000 - a 20% decrease over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Miller in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Miller for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,609, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
