Miller home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Miller fell by $47,900 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,000 - a 20% decrease over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Miller in the first half of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Miller for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,609, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
