Freeburg home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Freeburg rose by $15,375 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $172,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Freeburg in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Freeburg for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,746, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
