Citizens Addressing the Board:

Each person addressing the Board is asked to give his or her name and address in an audible voice for the record and will

limit their remarks to five minutes. In order that all subjects may be heard, large groups wishing an audience on the same subject should select two spokespersons to convey their remarks.

All remarks will be addressed to the Members, as a body, and not to any specific member. Any person making personal, disrespectful or slanderous remarks while addressing the Board may be requested to leave the meeting immediately.

Interested parties may also address the Board in writing regarding any matter concerning the Village’s business by addressing it to the Village Clerk (1 Park Drive, Shiloh, IL 62269 or e-mailing shiloh@shilohil.org.) Copies will be distributed to the Members.

1. CELL TOWER MODIFICATION REQUEST – 107 OAK STREET

From Brenda Kern: AT & T is proposing adding 5G Technology to their existing antenna facility. There are no changes to the existing height or to the ground equipment on their structure. Note: See attached info on 5G Technology. As per state statute please authorize this modification.

1. THE SUMMIT OF SHILOH: REQUEST FOR MINOR PLAT AMENDMENT

From Brenda Kern: Public Safety Officials brought to the Village’s attention that the Summit’s “Oaks Street” was too similar to “Oak Street” in the old part of Shiloh. The Village requested and the Developer agreed. They chose the name “Sage Drive” as a replacement name. 911 has approved it. Please authorize this amendment to the Summit Plat.

PUBLIC PARKS & FACILITIES (WARCHOL)

1. SHILOH AIR MOBILITY TRAIL: AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AGREEMENT FOR THIS PROJECT

From Megan Fuhler: Attached is the draft design contract for Shiloh’s Air Mobility Drive Bike Trail Project.

The total Preliminary Engineering fee is $98,800.00 to be billed hourly. This fee includes the Archeological assessment as required by the State. The total project estimate is approximately $782,000.00 of which $200,000 will be paid for through IDNR and $300,000 through MEPRD. The Village’s share for the project will be the remaining approximately $282,000. MEPRD will reimburse $39,000 of the engineering fees after project completion. So, the cost share for Preliminary Engineering will be $39,000 MEPRD and $58,800 Village to be paid for with General Funds.
