Notice is hereby given by the City Plan Commission of the City of Alton, Illinois, that a public hearing will be held in the Alton City Council Chambers, 101 E. Third Street, Alton, Illinois, on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, 1:15 p.m. to consider the following matter:
Bradley and Patricia Kreider petitioned the Alton City Council for a special use permit at the property identified by permanent parcel number 23-2-08-07-06-102-001, Section 7, Township 5 North, Range 9 West of the Third Principal Meridian, also known as 1719 Washington, Alton, Illinois, for lawn care and landscaping shop and warehouse.
