2.2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with HMG Engineers Inc., for engineering services related to the Juniper Ditch Drainage Study in the amount of $22,880.00, excluding potential reimbursables.

2.3 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Millennia Professional Services of Illinois, LTD., for Engineering Services related to the Milburn Estates Drainage Project in the amount of $39,300.00.

2.4 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with O’Fallon Township Road District for the North Seven Hills Road Resurfacing Project between O'Fallon Troy Road and State Street/Old Vincennes Trail.

2.5 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Highway Construction and Maintenance Agreement between St. Clair County, Aberdeen Village, and the City of O’Fallon for the Aberdeen Village Development.

2.6 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Highway Construction and Maintenance Agreement between St. Clair County, EROP, LLC, and the City of O’Fallon for the Rainstorm Express Carwash Development.

2.7 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Highway Construction and Maintenance Agreement between St. Clair County, O’Fallon Investment Partners, LLC., and the City of O’Fallon for the Shops at Richland Creek Development.
