An Ordinance Determining That The Acceptance Of Credit Card Payments For Certain Types Of Authorized Obligations Is In The Best Interests Of The Citizens, Taxpayers, And Governmental Administration Of The City Of Lebanon, And Deciding To Allow The Acceptance Of Credit Card Payments Of Those Authorized Obligations By Means Of An Online Payment Platform Or Through The Use Of A Credit Card Processing Machine In Lbanon City Hall.
