1. Present recommendation for a Sign Application and a Certificate of Appropriateness for a building located at 229 W St Louis St. in the Historical Shopping District.

2. Present recommendation for the changing of the zoning on a single parcel of land (05-30.0-400-.36) from A-1 and SR-1 to only A-1.

3. Present recommendation concerning the Architectural Design Committee.
