On Feb. 1, James and Christina Bertoletti purchased a one bedroom, one bathroom home at 4315 Fosterburg Road, Alton from (declaration of trust) for $249,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,810.60, 1.52% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2021, five properties sold in Alton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 4315 Fosterburg Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary L. Kaufman, 90, and Leland C. Bernt, 87.
