Proposed Ordinance No. 11-'22, an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 190, "The Revised Code," Chapter 24, Motor Vehicle Code, Schedule "B," by deleting from Stop and Through intersections and adding in Four-Way intersections (Bayberry at Holliday Drive). (Operations Committee)

Proposed Ordinance No. 12-'22, an Ordinance amending Chapter 36 (Taxation) of The Revised Code of Ordinances of the City of Fairview Heights, Illinois, as amended, by adding Article X- Municipal Automobile Renting Occupation Tax. (Administration Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 32-'22, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract on behalf of the City of Fairview Heights with Hank's Excavating & Landscaping, Inc. for the Mark and Cari Drive Improvements Project. (Operations Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 33-'22, a Resolution amending Resolution 4065-2016, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended Right-of-Way License Agreement with Delta Communications, LLC., d/b/a Clearwave Communications for the installation of a fiber optic cable and appurtenances in certain sections of the City's rights-of-way.
