7.2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract for sale of real estate of 24.99 acres to Pier Property Group, LLC, for $1,000,000 contingent on final approvals of all zoning and governmental requirements by the City of O'Fallon at a future date

7.3 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract for purchase of real estate of 6.25 acres from Pier Property Group, LLC, for $250,000 contingent on final approvals of all zoning and governmental requirements by the City of O'Fallon at a future date
