      d) An Ordinance Amending the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville by the Adoption of Chapter 106, Article XV, Implementing a Municipal Grocery Retailers’ Occupation Tax and a Municipal Grocery Service Occupation Tax (First Reading)

      e) An Ordinance Authorizing and Directing the Issuance, Sale and Delivery of General Obligation Bonds, Series 2025, of the City of Edwardsville, Illinois; Providing for the Levy and Collection of an Annual Tax for the Purpose of Paying the Principal of and Interest on Said Bonds as They Become Due; and Authorizing Certain Other Documents and Actions in Connection Therewith (First Reading)
