The office of State Senator Erica Harriss will conduct traveling office hours throughout the 56th District from November 4 to November 6, 2025. These sessions are intended to give residents an opportunity to meet with Senator Harriss's staff, discuss concerns, and seek help with state-related issues.

“Meeting with residents across our district is one of the most important parts of my work,” said Senator Harriss. “I look forward to hearing from constituents about their concerns, ideas, and questions during these office hours.”

The schedule for the traveling office hours is as follows:

On Tuesday, November 4, sessions will be held at Fairview Heights Library from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at Collinsville Memorial Public Library from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. On Wednesday, November 5, the Hayner Public Library in Alton Square Mall will host from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and East Alton Public Library from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. On Thursday, November 6, Wood River Public Library will be open for meetings from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Bethalto Public Library from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Residents who are unable to attend these sessions can visit Senator Harriss’s district office at 120 N Main Street, Suite 1B in Edwardsville. The office operates Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. While appointments are not mandatory, they are recommended.

Senator Erica Harriss was elected as a Republican representative for Illinois’s 56th Senate District in the Illinois State Senate in 2023. She succeeded Kris Tharp in this role.
