City of Troy City Council met July 6.

A. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance:
The meeting was held in the Council Chambers in the City Municipal Building, 116 East Market Street, Troy, Illinois, 62294 and was called to order by Mayor Allen Adomite at 7:00 p.m.
B. Roll Call in Alphabetical Order: Present: Aldermen Nathan Henderson, Sam Italiano, Dan Jackson, Douglas Partney, Matthew Thompson and Troy Turner. Other Officials Present: Mayor Allen Adomite, Building and Zoning Administrator Keith Frey, Chief of Police Brad Parsons and City Clerk Jamie Myers. Absent: Aldermen James Daniel and Jeffrey Zarzecki.
Mayor Adomite updated the council on Alderman Daniel’s status.
C. Agenda Items
1. Approval of Lowest Bid for Primary Supply Side Transmission Main & Water Distribution Main from Haier Plumbing and Heating Inc. for $215,206.50-
Motion: To Approve Lowest Bid for Primary Supply Side Transmission Main & Water Distribution Main from Haier Plumbing and Heating Inc. for $215,206.50. Moved by Thompson; Seconded by Jackson. Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Aye = 6). Aye: Henderson, Italiano, Jackson, Partney, Thompson and Turner. Absent: Daniel and Zarzecki.
2. Resolution 2017-11-Acceptance of Final Plat for Villas at Windsor Way- Second Addition-
Motion: To Approve Resolution 2017-11-Acceptance of Final Plat for Villas at Windsor Way-Second Addition. Moved by Turner; Seconded by Partney. Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Aye = 6). Aye: Henderson, Italiano, Jackson, Partney, Thompson and Turner. Absent: Daniel and Zarzecki.
