Memorial Regional Health Services will host the free, American Lung Association “Freedom from Smoking” class in Shiloh beginning Jan. 13.
The classes wiull meet from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturdays from Jan. 13 through March 3 at Memorial Hospital East, 1404 Cross St. in Shiloh, a Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce release said.
Classes will include such topics as readiness to quit, medication therapies, lifestyle changes to support quitting, preparing for your quit day, how to stay smoke free and coping strategies.
Registration is required.
