City of O'Fallon issued the following announcement on Aug. 8.
Mayor Herb Roach and the O’Fallon City Council issued a Proclamation at the City Council Meeting recognizing August 6, 2018 as O’Fallon Township High School Baseball Team Day in O’Fallon, Illinois.
The Proclamation further acknowledges the 2018 OTHS Baseball team’s great season.
“The OTHS Baseball Team won the IHSA Elite Eight Sectional Championship, the Regional Championship, and the Southwestern Conference Championship,” said Mayor Herb Roach. “This team tied the OTHS record for wins with a 35-4 record and was ranked as high as first in the state and tenth in the nation.”
