Freeburg home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Freeburg fell by $113,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 47.3% decrease over the $239,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Freeburg in January 2019.
