Signal Hill School District 181 issued the following announcement on Aug. 31.

This week we will have a distribution of materials on Thursday, September 3rd and Friday, September 4th.

 We plan to follow the same pickup procedures but modify the times a bit to make it more flexible for everyone. 

 

• All pickup will be curbside. 
• Pickup will occur at the front of the building through the Community Center Doors
• Please remain in your car and pull all the way up to the front handicap spot near the marquee. Again, we ask that you remain in your car at all times. 
• If walking to the school, please wait outside at the marquee and form a line six feet apart down the cafeteria sidewalk area. (WALKERS only, do not drive and leave vehicle)
• You can either post a sign in your window with your last name or roll down your window.
• Staff will be available to bring your child’s items to the car.
• If you have any items to be returned to school please use a disposable bag and labeled with your child’s name and teacher/grade.
• We will distribute on Thursday, September 3rd from 8:30-3:00 and on Friday morning, September 4th from 9-11. We will not assign times, please come at a time that is convenient for you.

 We appreciate your patience and cooperation, please understand that some pickup times may be busier than others but we will work quickly to get you all of the materials in a timely manner.
