On Aug. 23, The Amy H. Kodera (living trust) purchased a two bedroom, 0.5 bathroom home at 2905 Dale Ave., Granite City from Saint Louis Investments LLC for $95,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,209.28, 1.27% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $56,000 on Oct. 11, 2011.

So far in August 2021, two properties sold in Granite City.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Laverne C Rippy, 64, was the only registered voter residing at 2905 Dale Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
