The Roxana Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary recently held a regular meeting to cover ongoing agenda items as well as a few new business initiatives.
After the approval of the previous meeting’s minutes, Jean Kainz gave the treasurer’s report. Afterwards, the auxiliary authorized bill payments, went over member sponsorships and resignations and discussed firefighting support.
On the old business front, the auxiliary reviewed its code of ethics again. Before adjourning, the group tackled three new business items: high school scholarships, the Spring Blood Drive and other items as necessary.
