How did Willie Holmes spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Willie Holmes's election campaign committee, Centreville Township Citizens for Better Government, spent $14,114 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Holmes's committee spent the most on principal payment, mccall in the quarter, with all those payments ($10,513) going to Curtis McCall in Centreville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Holmes's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
