How did Willie Holmes spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Willie Holmes's election campaign committee, Centreville Township Citizens for Better Government, spent $50,060 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Holmes's committee spent the most on payment on headquarters in the quarter, with all those payments ($16,119) going to Bluestem Properties LLC in Waterloo. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Holmes's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
