How did Andrew Lopinot spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Andrew Lopinot's election campaign committee, Friends of Andrew Lopinot, spent $7,499 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Lopinot's committee spent the most on yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,825) going to Capitol Promotions Inc. in Glenside. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Lopinot's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
